I enjoyed the free parking. the receptionist was very friendly, she gave me clear directions to my room. the bar had a good selection of beers. I actually enjoyed a pint.

The gym wasn't free. I had to pay to use it.

The room was clean. It was a Standard King Room Non-Smoking with ample space. Breakfast offered many choices. The leisure facilities were AMAZING. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The hotel also offered free onsite parking, A real benefit.

the shower controls were a LITTLE difficult to manage.

The breakfast was great with fantastic options. I needed extra sheets for the travel cot. The staff immediately brought them to my room. I found the on-site parking really convenient. The reception staff were friendly and super efficient. The rooms were clean with a powerful shower.

dated room damaged furniture

the food was freshly cooked, acceptable.

the room felt dated.. the wallpaper was not to my taste. the furniture looked basic and damaged, and the double bed felt smaller than expected. i was quite disappointed there were no usb ports in the sockets.
